Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • GK Prime products come with a warranty duration that varies depending on the product's specifications and usage.

  • Customers must provide the original purchase receipt to avail of warranty services.

  • GK Prime reserves the right to repair or replace defective products at their discretion. All replaced parts become property of GK Prime.

  • Defective products must be serviced by authorized GK Prime centers to maintain warranty validity. Transport costs to and from the service center are not covered.

  • Service exchange units may be provided for repair or replacement, and data storage media must be removed before servicing. GK Prime is not liable for data loss during repair or replacement.

  • Out-of-warranty repairs may incur service fees, and the warranty does not cover damages unrelated to material, design, or workmanship.

  • The repair or replacement process begins upon submission to a GK Prime Service Center.

  • GK Prime warranty does not cover any defect or internal damage that is discovered and was not reported by the customer when submitting the device.

  • Customers need to present the original delivery form upon receiving the device, or else the device will not be handed over to them.

  • Pick-and-drop charges will apply based on the location. The service will take 2-3 working days.

  • Repairs may take 2-5 working days, depending on the issue.

Warranty Cover

  • The warranty covers all technical malfunctions or defects that arise under normal usage conditions.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Routine maintenance, checks, and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear are not covered.

  • Breakage, dents, or exposure to external factors such as liquids, moisture, or high heat.

  • Attempts at repair or maintenance by an unauthorized party that is not approved by us.

  • Deleting operating system files, hard disk partitions, or virus-related issues.

  • Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or events beyond GK Prime control, such as water, fire, or power surges, is not covered.

  • Battery damage from overcharging, use of unapproved chargers, or tampering with battery seals is not covered.
