We offer free delivery across the UK. Orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days.

BJS Two-Man Home Delivery

Orders are delivered by BJS two-man home delivery. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order on the delivery day.

You can also collect your order from our store at GK Prime Services Limited, Hortonwood 40, Telford, Shropshire TF1 7EY. Please contact us before you visit so we can arrange a collection time and have your order ready.

Tracking

Tracking details are sent when available after your order has been dispatched.

Check Your Order on Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. For TVs, check the screen and casing on delivery where practical. If anything arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at info@gkprime.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can help.

Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
