Return and Refund Policy
You have 15 days after receiving your order to request a return. To qualify, the product must be returned in its original, unopened condition along with all packaging and valid proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, reach out to us at info@gkprime.co.uk and our team will guide you through the process. Please note that any items sent back without prior authorisation will be refused.
Received a Faulty or Wrong Item?
We recommend thoroughly checking your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, get in touch with us straight away so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Changed Your Mind? 7-Day Cancellation
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may cancel your order within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is fully unused, in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Once we have inspected the returned item, a refund will be processed minus a £30 restocking fee.
Important: When packing your return, never place stands or accessories against the screen. We cannot accept responsibility for screen damage caused by improper packing.
Want to Exchange?
We do not offer direct swaps. Simply return your item and once it has been accepted, place a fresh order for the product you would like instead.
Getting Your Refund
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we will be in touch to confirm whether your refund has been approved. If approved:
- The amount will be returned to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear
- Your bank may require a little extra time on their end
