I haven’t received my order confirmation email — what should I do?

A confirmation email is automatically sent to you as soon as your order is placed. Here are a few things to try:

1.         Check your junk or spam folder — it may have been filtered by your email provider

2.         Search your inbox for our email address or the word “order”

3.         Still can’t find it? Simply reach out to us using the contact form and we will be happy to look into it for you


How long will my delivery take?

We use a two-man delivery service to ensure your TV arrives safely. Here is what to expect:

           Dispatch: Please allow 1 full working day for us to prepare and send out your order

           Delivery: Your item will arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch

           Notification: The delivery team will contact you by text or email to suggest a convenient delivery date and time

           Flexibility: Not happy with the proposed slot? You can easily reschedule to a time that suits you


What are Graded TVs?

Graded TVs are televisions that high street retailers are unable to sell through their normal channels. This can happen for a number of reasons, including:

           Surplus or excess stock

           End-of-line or discontinued models

           Customer returns within 30 days

           Unwanted gifts

           Items with minor packaging damage

What happens before the TV reaches you?

Every television that comes into us at GK Prime goes through a thorough process before it is made available for sale:

           Fully tested by our engineers

           Carefully repackaged for safe transit

           Put through a comprehensive quality control check

In most cases, TVs will come in their original manufacturer’s packaging and will be in as-new condition — these are not used TVs. Where original packaging is not available, we use secure alternative packaging to make sure your TV arrives safely.

All TVs on our website come with a 12-month Return-to-Base Warranty provided by us (unless stated otherwise). Upon collection, your TV is unwrapped and demonstrated in front of you for complete peace of mind.


Why are your prices so low?

We source our TVs directly from leading high street retailers who are unable to sell them through their usual channels. These are classed as graded TVs and may include end-of-line models, surplus stock, 30-day customer returns, and items with damaged packaging.

Every TV we sell is technically sound and fully functional, backed by a 12-month guarantee (unless otherwise stated on the listing).

Our Price Promise

We are so confident in our pricing that we offer a price match guarantee — if you find the same TV cheaper anywhere else online, we will match it. We will not be beaten on price.

What happens if my TV develops a fault?

We understand how important your TV is, and we are committed to resolving any issues as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Step 1 — Get in Touch Contact us using the form on our website and one of our team members will be happy to assist you straight away.

Step 2 — We’ll Come to You Once reported, we will arrange for our courier to collect the TV directly from your home — no hassle, no heavy lifting.
